This custom-made bracket I designed specifically for the Wanhao Duplicator 4S will significantly enhance your prints by eliminating Z-axis oscillations. The first two images depict prints with unusual swirls and rounded waves before installing the bracket, while the final picture showcases perfectly straight lines after its installation. To replicate this improvement, follow these guidelines: I printed the bracket in ABS at a 70% infill level. Try to maintain a low print speed. I personally used 45 mm/s (you can opt for even lower speeds like 35 or 40 mm/s). For support, use it only for the bushing housing. The bushing itself was printed in PLA with 100% infill.
