Wanhao Duplicator 6 Braced Dual Fan Mount

Braced version of Martin, Pawel & Neil's Wanhao Duplicator 6 - Double Axial Fan Shroud. There is some variance in clearances of the D6, so I have included thinner mounting spacers. IMPORTANT I only recommend this design if you are solely printing PLA/PETG and their derivatives. The increased hot-end and bed temperature when printing ABS is likely to deform this design, even when printed in ABS or HTPLA. For people who print using varying filaments including ABS, I highly recommend my other design which retains the standard right hand side cooler and adds a left mount that includes a slide on/off fan shroud. This allows you to get the bit that deforms when printing ABS out of the way extremely easily. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1875511 Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator 6 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .15 Infill: 25% Notes: Supports can be quite difficult to remove from the duct openings, so be patient! This should be printed in a material with a higher temperature tolerance and has been verified working and stable in PETG. DO NOT USE PLA!! It will deform badly and possibly cause damage. I attempted using HTPLA but was not able to anneal (bake) it enough without deformation. I have not tested in ABS as it is naturally more flexible even though it can withstand higher temperatures. My recommendation would be to stick with PETG. Wiring instructions and the fans required can be found in along with the design it is based upon.
