After several evenings and six iterations of the design, we were able to achieve the perfect shape and ideal size. Every component fits seamlessly together, leaving minimal gaps and ensuring maximum durability throughout. To complete the project, you'll need a small piece of PTFE tube approximately 6 mm long (as shown in the attached photo). This innovative "clip" allows for effortless printing with extremely elastic TPU FD_Plast at speeds reaching up to 20 mm/sec - surpassing my initial tests. The model in the attachment still exhibits a slightly reduced gap between the clip and drive wheel. However, in my setup, the non-driving, non-clamping wheel doesn't come into contact with the clip, both components being hand-cranked for easy operation.
