Wanhao Duplicator I3 Complete frame rebuild in Lulzbot Taz 5 style

Before I write up instructions or any kind of guide, I just want it to be known that this is 100% a prototype and I don't want anyone getting upset with any problems that may arise. I had to completely strip my I3 all down to bare parts and rebuild it, so a lot can co wrong. That being said I pretty much winged this and had very few problems and most everything went smoothly. There are still a few kinks to work out, and as I fix them I'll post new updates. Mainly the issues I'm having are the y end stop switch mount solution, and the modded fan ducts not fitting and bumping into certain parts. The stock fan is fine. As is this machine now prints way better than it ever did before with incredible detail and better speed. So, time is a little tight right now, but I do plan on eventually writing up a guide and parts list. It might take me some time, as I've been kind of sidetracked lately, but it will happen. Some parts have to be custom ordered from Misumi, such as the aluminum extrusions. All in all, I think I spent less then $80 on this rebuild, and it's been worth every penny. Print list: 2 x Z motor mount 2 x Top frame bracket smooth rod 2 x y bed end axis 1 x endstop mount 1 x endstop mount y 8 x bracket (this piece should be metal, but thick plastic can suffice until you can order something similar from misumi/etc.) 4 x y_mount_table-2.1 4 x y_mount_chassis-2.2 Again, I'll write up a parts list soon. As a quick rundown, there are 10 custom length 20x20mm aluminum extrusions, a whole bunch of screws and bolts from m2-m5 of varying lengths, m2 and m3 heat inserts, and some washers. You'll need a soldering iron to insert the threaded inserts. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 80% Notes: Print at at least 80% infill for strength. These are structural pieces. Resolution isn't super important.
