Wanhao Duplicator i3 Filament Guide: 6mm and 4mm
thingiverse
I recently encountered a problem with printing one of them - it literally fell apart as soon as I tried to print it, like two separate pieces. Upon examining the model in Simplify3D, I discovered that there was indeed a gap between them. To fix this issue, I redrew the design in Fusion 360 as a single solid piece and created a mirrored copy so you can choose which side to print on. You can see from my photo that I also printed the tube section of my 6mm tube (available here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:877258). My initial prints were done with PLA at 50% infill, but when I tried reducing it to 40%, the tube section began to cave in on me - although the area where the tube passes through was also smaller in my first attempt.
