This is a custom upgrade for the Wanhao duplicator i3 MINI. It enables the Y-axis to utilize the entire length of the build plate, maximizing print area. I utilized Thingiverse design #2716152 for the belt tensioner and secured it in place with glue. Initially, I struggled to adjust the firmware bed limits, but prints came out perfectly on the stock printer area. UPDATE: After reflashing TH3d and editing software bed size, everything works smoothly. To assemble this extension, you'll need 300 mm rods and longer M3 screws for the bed, particularly at the back. Additionally, extra M3 screws are required to secure the bracket part. Please note that this upgrade requires trimming the rear end of the Y-carriage to ensure a proper fit.
