Wanhao Duplicator i3 / Monoprice Maker Select V2 Upgrade Part 1 - 2x30mm X-Axis / 30mm Z-Axis

This Series will start a development of my Wanhao Duplicator i3 v2.1. This Episode will push the X-Axis holding Frame both 30mm wider and the Bridge 30mm higher to allow further developments. Azza´s Z-Brace will be supported. How to: 1. The Extensions are for the right side, print them normal oder mirrored to get 4 corners. 2. You need longer M3 DIN912 Screws, M3 Washers, M3 Nuts. 3. Bring the extruder to a middle position in x und y and place something under it because we touch the frame stability during the process. Turn off the printer. 4. Remove all screws from right frame. 5. You will need every screw 5 to 8 mm longer. 6. Start with es bottom right corner and look at the pictures. 7. If bottom right is installed remove the screws holding the bridge, be carful with the spin und bars and the holder of the bar. 8. Install the top right corner as shown at the pictures. 9. Remove the left Endstop before you remove alle screws. 10. Continue with the top left corner. 11. And now with the bottom left corner. 12. You need very long screws and 4 M3 Nuts for the reinstallation of the endstop, look at the pictures. 13. Make sure everything is at 90° and the Z-Axis left and right have the same high. 14. Remove whatever you placed under the Printhead and try to move the Printhead from left to right. Turn on the printer if moving from left to right works. 15. Try to move all Axis with Software like Repetier Host, if all is fine send a Home all. 16.
