### Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus Y-belt Pulley Mod 2020 REVISED VERSION Here are my own 2020 revised version of a y-axis pulley stabilizer for the Wanhao Duplicator i3 Plus. I've used in the past already some existing models, though i never was 100% happy with them for my purpose. I've seen that most of the existing designs have a misalignment, so its not 90° square to the belt. I thought at first i have some slightly different screw holes but i've seen those small misalignments on some of the "Makes", too. Thats why i decided to make my own, very rigid version which hopefully never need to be changed again :D For mounting it have in total 4 screw holes but im using it only with the 2 predrilled holes in combination with the post. If you want, you can just drill out 2 more holes in the chassis and mount this pulley mod with 4 screws. Additionaly, this mount comes with 2 extra holes which can be used to mount as example an external MOSFET or any other parts. The i3 Plus has some space left behind the power supply but no possibilties for fixation, thats why i was thinking this is maybe a good idea. # Needed Parts: - 2x M3x10 (Stock is M3x6, should work, but i don't recommend it!) - 1x M5x30 Screw - 1x M5 Locknut - 1x Original-Pulley - or: 1x Toothed Pulley as im using, then you need maybe the 2 shims.
