So, After some feedback I revised the spool holder slightly. It now features a thread end to securely lock it onto the stock Wanhao i3 Plus spool mount. Additionally, I added a small lip on the end nearest the mount to prevent the spool from dripping between the holder and the mount. Suitable for small reels of filament though, due to size constraints, there may still be some slight wobble involved. I'm working on another version designed specifically for larger reel centers. UPDATE If you're experiencing issues with the nut, try increasing its size during printing to 103%. This should resolve the tight nut issue completely. Print Settings: Printer: Wanhao i3 Duplicator Plus Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 30% Notes: This file contains both the spool holder and the securing nut. It's recommended to spin the nut on and off a couple of times before mounting it for a snug fit into the holder.
