This is my first work with 3d modeling and i sunk a good 8-10 hours into figuring this out if you enjoy the model please tip for a beer! It would be very very much appreciated The Wanhao I3, Maker Select & Cocoon come with a Z-Axis chain and X-Axis chain but not a Y-Axis and the wire management in the back looks horrible in my opinion. I looked up a solution but only could find solutions for wire management or for Y-Axis chain but not a solution for both so i created this Remix to solve both problems. This does fit with the SWD1 Front Z-AXIS Brace Kits https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1549403 Print Settings For All Resolution 0.2mm Infil 20% With Supports Everywhere Front Cover Plate Mount Infil 20% No Supports Back Cover Infil 50% No Supports Chain Mount Chain Clip (15 Needed) Chain Main (13 Needed) Front Cover Mount & Hole Cover I included a picture to show how the parts go together for assembly 1. On the rear plate of the printer the Y-Axis bars attach to remove the outer most screws Attach "Back Cover" With m3 10mm Screws to back of printer replacing the originals. 2. Slide the "Front Cover" into the clips of the "Back Cover" at the same time making sure the Y-Axis wires come thru the hole in the front cover. Screw the "Front Cover" to the "Back Cover" with 3x m3 10mm Screws. 3. The "Hole Cover" fits in to the key left open for the Y-Axis wires 4. The "Front Cover Mount" gets screwed thru the "Hole Cover" and into the "Front Cover" With 2x me 12mm screws 5. the "Chain 2 Mount" Clips to the "Front Cover Mount" the "Chain 2 Mount" looks the same as "Chain Main" but is keyed different and attaches to the "Front Cover Mount" 6. Attached all the "Chain Mains together" 7. Attach "Chain Main" To "Front Cover Mount" 8. "Plate Mount" snaps into the lower Y-Axis lower plate 9. Attach "Chain Main" to "Plate Mount" 10. Once you have the wiring inside of the Chain clip in the "Chain Clip" to hold wiring in.
