I lengthened the mount to suit my requirements, then customized another mount that's originally designed for a PlayStation 3 Eye Cam. This enabled me to attach the cam to this shelf bracket. The modified mount can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3271678. The camera is quite inexpensive on Amazon.
