Cut your glass to 200x200 mm and use the four screws to fasten these to the corners. The little slits allow you to adjust for a perfect hold, then tighten the screws. You can keep the original board plate on, my design accommodates the extra width. The glass is only held on its sides, so you can easily remove for cleaning (I traced the word "WANHAO" on the back of the glass to help me place it back in the same orientation).
