From the film War Of The Worlds 1935. Just for a bit of fun I made this model. I should have spent some time painting it and rubbing it down. It will fit on the build plate of 235 X 235 (Ender 3 size). The main body and then the front "eyes" part. I printed it in 3 bits as you can see. I really should have been more patient and did the body in one piece. I have some vacuum cleaner hose for the "neck". It looks like it will scale down as well (I am just trying that). It printed well at 30%. Not sure I would go smaller though. The screw for the holder has a slot to allow wire to go through, if you wanted a light inside.
