Working with a friend who is making a WH40k Cosplay Armor and needed a helmet for his cosplay. This is is my latest attempt at the helmet... Print Settings Printer: Repetier XYZ Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Notes: Will need to be cut to fit correctly on the printer bed of your choice which is why I left it whole. Post-Printing This is going to require a bit of sanding.. dremmel to take out the eye slots to replace with the tinted ones... Dremmel and sanding to clean out the inside a bit more as well. How I Designed This 123D Design from start to finish... I initially tried to use a pepakura model as the base but was having to many issues with the thickness of the shell and it not being able to be printed because of this. This is the one I did from scratch.
