WarLayer 4 Painting Clamp

WarLayer 4 Painting Clamp

This is a clamp to hold [WarLayer 4.0](https://www.warlayer.com) wall sections and support post while priming and painting. It is especially useful for airbrushing. The [WarLayer 4.0 KickStarter](https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/warlayer/warlayer-3d-printable-terrain-0) is already over, but check the [website](https://www.warlayer.com) may eventually have other options. There are also [sample files here on Thingverse](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3754887) which can get you started (and actually include several of my favorite pieces). Print two jaws and one frame rail. For painting walls : Slide the jaws on the rail and wrap a rubber band around the corners. It will fit 1x, 2x, and 3x WarLayer wall sections (might need a few different sizes of rubber bands). Optionally, you can insert two "T-post-for-multi-level.stl" pieces (from the [sample files](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3754887) ) into the ends of the frame rail to keep the jaws from sliding off. For painting support posts: the "teeth" on the frame rail which hold the bottom of the wall are sized to fit the slotted channels in the posts. This works OK, but not as well as I wanted it to. They're too close together to get ten on at the same time. Also, because of the direction of the layers they can break off fairly easily. I'll probably modify the rail - changing from teeth to cutouts for inserting "T-post-for-multi-level.stl" (much harder to break) and spread them further apart. It still works as is for about 6 posts at a time. You can also check out my [collection of tips on printing an painting WarLayer parts](https://github.com/james-fowler/WarLayerTips/wiki)
