Washer Wedge - keeps front-loading washer door open

thingiverse

Props the door open slightly and keeps your washer from getting stinky. As anyone with a front-loading washer soon discovers, if you leave the door completely closed between loads, it starts to smell due to water/washing residue still in the drum. But, if your washer is in a tight space, it's not always possible to open the door completely without tripping on it. We used to use a small doorstop on the hinge side to keep it open just a little, but it was really too large for the job and kept falling out and getting lost. This simple wedge will keep your washer door propped open about 1" (25 cm) and has a large ring handle to make it easy to insert/remove, and is easily visible. I did this originally as a one-off for my wife, but all her friends want one now, so I'm posting the design. The "2a" version is slightly thicker and has rounded edges on the inside of the pull. Printed in eSun PETG, but will work fine in PLA as well.
