Needed a replacement wheel and tyre for my washing/laundry basket trolley. Printed at 0.32mm layer height Wheel is 3DFillies PETG at 260/70 Tyre is eSun Transparent TPU 95A at 220/50 No supports required. Print the tyre separately and it easily squeezes onto the wheel. The outside race of the wheel is concave to allow the tyre to sit it's corresponding convex surface in nicely. Designed in Fusion360 simply to match the other wheels on the trolley. Outside diameter is 135mm (outside of tyre) Axle hole diameter is 6.7mm to suit 6mm axles. Printed on a CR10S Pro V2 with Hemera/Volcano. STEP file included so you can modify as necessary.
