Moved from an LG G Watch R, 22mm bands, to a Ticwatch E, 20mm bands. I wanted to keep my old bands on the new watch and couldn't find an adapter anywhere, so I made one. It also has a notch on the bottom of the 20mm section for the quick release pins. The 22mm side may not fit your band if it's thick. I tried to make this as thin as possible. Both ends together add only a link worth of length. Edit: At the request of Kennyboy, added a version with a wider spring opening on the 20mm end End of 2018 Update: I am still using the original printed one with no issues since March 2018 with a decent amount of use. It was printed at high resolution and 100% infill with PLA.
