Still to this day one of the most depressing things I've ever read, but the Watchmen story by DC is still to this day one of the seminal works of comic book fiction and even I have to admire just what a good story it is. If you haven't read it I recommend doing it, if only to destroy what little faith you may have left in humanity. This coaster depicts the iconic view of the Comedian's smiley-face logo with a splat of his blood on it (spoiler alert: he gets killed right at the start), which was the symbol of the whole story.
