This is a simple water balloon tying thing that I made because it was taking me **SOOOOOOOO** long to tie * **ONE** * water balloon. Basically it's a fake finger with a notch in it to loop the balloon end through like you do when you're tying it with a finger. *Disclaimer 1: I haven't tested this yet.* *Disclaimer 2: This is **NOT** a copy of somebody else's work, **NOR** was it inspired by anything that somebody else made.*
