These will hold a number of things to a number of other things, and are designed to be clamped onto 20mm tubes such as on bikes, table legs or wheelchairs. There were a couple of things that I didn't quite like about the previous version, and the rings themselves proved to be a little too thin for rough handling, so this version has strengthened them to 4mm thickness.
