Prototype sleeve for Voss 800mL bottle. The sleeve is a very basic cylinder created in Blender. Exterior diameter is 71.9mm, interior diameter is 71.4mm. The Voss water bottle itself measures at 71.27mm using digital calipers. The sleeve fits tightly around bottle. Sleeve is 80mm in length, and is printed vertically for maximum build quality. It takes 3 sleeve sections to cover exterior of bottle. Software tools: Blender, Makerbot Desktop. Printer: Flashforge Creator Pro Filament: Hatchbox Transparent White PLA 1.75mm Instructions Extruder temp 200 degrees C (also worked at 210) Platform Temperature 60 degrees C Printed fine with no raft, no support Infill not relevant for this design. Cylinder thickness is .5mm If using Makerbot, select "Move Item to Platform". X3G file can be printed directly on Flashforge Creator Pro
