This was a part that I couldn't find a precise name for, other than it being part of a cusp seat assembly for a water cooler/beer tap valve handle. The bottom ring seats down into a gasket seal for the faucet, and the valve handle slides into the notched area at the top. This particular tap was from a beer tube and seemed to be pretty generic. A lot of tap mechanisms seem to work in the same way but some customization may be needed to fit other tap handles. Hack away. Instructions Printed in 3mm ABS with a .5mm j-head nozzle. Bed temp: 110º Hotend: 230º 2 perimeters 90% infill max speed 40mm/s printed w/support This is a tiny part and strength was an issue as there is pressure placed on both ends when the tap is operated. I printed it slowly to increase adhesion, but at the same time had to apply cooling in order for it to keep its shape. I chose to print it laying horizontally with support so that the force applied to the stem was in line with the grain of the plastic rather than perpendicular to it. My first print was vertical and the bottom ring broke off when I tried to remove the support between the rings.
