----- WORK IN PROGRESS ----- We modified base for using water as coolant. If you cutting FR4 or any other modern PCB's, you came with a lot of dust and fast cutting disk wear or if you use diamond disk overheat and crumble. So, using water stream on both sides of diamond disk, you cool down disk and bound glass-epoxy dust with water. For assembly you will need: - 5v water pump available on aliexpress + 1-2m of 4x6mm hose, I recommend "amphibious" type since it more versatile, and NOT recommend "vertical" because of bad tolerances and as result less waterpressure https://aliexpress.ru/item/32894401053.html - any scrapped USB-A cable for connecting to any powerbank (1A should be enough, but 2A is better), not recommend using wall adaptor since you're messing with water - any switch for quick operating https://aliexpress.ru/item/4001233376500.html - 2 same syrringe nozzles, (i use blue ones) https://aliexpress.ru/item/32921680692.html - needle for cleaning 3D-printing nozzle, for cleaing nozzles (may be needed after long time store) - 2x4mm hose, approx 1-2m, 4x6 hose (order with pump) for connections approx - bottle that can fit pump inside, and another bottle for drain (any) - some сyanoacrylate glue and baking soda - since it still WIP and screen part not ready, somehow place some acrylic glass over table to keep water and dirt from raining on everything. I used vice and clamp for holding acrylic with some thick film to protect my clothes
