I printed a multi-piece reservoir and it actually worked really well so I decided to redesign as 3 pieces with a gasket printed in ninja-flex. Print this solid with 5 tops, 5 bottoms and 5 shells with slight over-extrusion preferred over under-extrusion. Print the gasket @100% infill out of ninjaflex or another TPU.
