designed this to divert water to our work water coolers without having to hold them up to the dispenser. simply attach a rubber band and your good to go, you can also use the rubber band to hold the valve down as shown so you don't have to hold it during filling. design is universal. (FOR MOST DISPENSERS SCALE THE SPOUT TO 110%)
