Designed to Launch Water Rockets with only your garden hose. Lower chamber, filled with air is compressed by the water coming in. This air should fill 50% of the bottle with the other 50% being water. Then the quick release (Garden Hose Again) will fail and the bottle will launch. Video of a test launch in the shop below.
