Water Store Pannier Rack

My design is a pannier rack that has a hollow body to allow for water storage, as well as a lockable valuables box. After cycling around Europe, it became clear to me that water and money are the two most important things. This design aims to give the user easy access to water, whilst protecting their valuables.
