I designed this to keep insects and critters our of our Motorhome compartment where the water supply hose exits the compartment. It is two identical pieces with glued in magnets that snap together around the water hose and is a press fit into the outlet. This was a custom piece to fit my hose and outlet cover so some adjustments may be needed to fit yours. I have included the Fusion 360 file in case you need to modify it.
