We love our Waterpik Water Flosser but find that it leaks water on our granite counter after being rinsed following use. Rather than let the water leave mineral deposits over time and stain the granite, I made this base to collect the small amount of water it leaks between uses. The base of the Waterpik is a complex of compound curves that was not practical to measure accurately so I took some measurements and generated a prototype in Tinkercad and then printed, made adjustments, re-printed, etc. until I got the dimensions and general shape pretty close to ideal. I added the soap-dish like ribs on the base to allow the water to evaporate a bit better than would be the case with a flat bottom base. I printed this with what I had on my printer - black PETG - but just about any material should work.
