Waveguide Coax Adpater Customizer

This is a customizable waveguide adapter. You can select from WR112 to WR28 standard flanges, Its for SMA type adapters. Instructions The part has to be metallized after printing , using a copper liquid or similar. Be carefull that the connection between inner and outer part to the shield of the SMA are low impedance. Some tests are in progress, I will provide some results and measurements later. On the parameters: You can set the diameter of the SMA Adapter dielectricum and in addition the wall size for the hole object. The position of the mounting holes are choosen from a datatable for standard flanges. Fixing the SMA Adapter is still a problem, there are adapters using mouning holes, which might be better than the shown (I can only glue it after contacting...) -- to be solved. If you find a problem let me know. Its just the beginning of a new possibility for 3d prints.
