Wayne Dalton 2113 garage door opener light cover. The incandescent bulb, even though the proper wattage still, baked the original light cover top and bottom making it very brittle. I replaced bulb with Led equivalent. Front of cover is flat, instead of curved like the original, to make for supportless printing. I used Amazon Basic PLA , a 0.8mm nozzle at 230C and 60C bed. 6hr print time. The file is PLAIN, with ON markings. File was drawn in Fusion 360. I embossed mine with my family Name in Windows 3D Builder.
