Wayne Dalton Garage Door Switch Cover Plate

Wayne Dalton Garage Door Switch Cover Plate

thingiverse

This is a replacement for a broken Wayne Dalton Wired "Deluxe" Wall Station switch cover. These switch covers typically break as shown in the photos and are ridiculously expensive to replace ($40 on Ebay). This design is only for the cover plate, there is also an inner plate with some bent metal and a resistor that you must already have in good condition. Recommend printing in ABS as the part needs a bit of flex to work properly. I did print one in PLA, and it worked fine, but I do not know how long it would last. This is an "ugly" print, designed to be functional, and not to exactly match the appearance of the original plate. On my print a bit of trimming with an Exacto knife was required to free the buttons up to move, but your printer is probably better than mine.
