Easy 3D Print Halloween Costume: Wayne's World. Print and glue to your hat. Party Time! Excellent! For the hat use: waynes-world-logo-hat-logo.stl This is a Waynes Word logo I hand traced. The geometry on the globe part is a little dicey. The bottom half the lines on the globe are a 3D->2D projection. The top part of the globe where the lines meet was too small to print on my printer, so the lines were (poorly) artificially thickened. They don't quite line up right. The blender file is in really good shape. The layers 00, 01, ..12 are the letters in order. The bottom bars can be boolean added on or off to your liking. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100 Notes: I printed this with a 0.2mm layer. The Z height is 0.8 mm so that will be four layers. The size of the print is correct for a normal snap-back black hat like Wayne wears in the movie. Post-Printing HotGlue to hat Caution: Hot Glue is HOT. You will burn yourself attaching this so be ready. It is thin enough to just bend to any hat even a floppy one. I glued it in the center and worked out. WARNING: I use a "high temp hot glue gun" and it was melting/warping the logo. so use VERY little glue if this is what you have.
