I had a charge point for my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV installed on the side of my house. I found that the plug took in water when it rained and consequently froze. This is a holster that protects the plug from the rain. It also stores the plug parallel to the wall so that it does not stick out into the drive like the purchased ones I have seen. It is for a type 2 plug. If you have any other type I will design one if you send me the exact measurements. Attach the cover to the wall first with rawl plugs and screws. You might like to paint it for weather protection. Then attach the socket with 4 M5x20 bolts and nuts. Nuts on the inside. This one was designed specifically for the Zappi solar charging unit. YMMV. I have included 123dx files if you wish to change anything.
