Screws failed on a box at work, and someone threw away the screw heads (all of them failed... not sure it wasn't something intentional or perhaps overtightening driven by ignorance). Ordered a replacement box kit, the screws fixed the existing box, but the new box was now useless. I took the spare screw that came with the new box and whipped up a design in Fusion 360 based on some quick measurements, designed mostly with ease of printing in mind (the bottom of the cylindrical parts could have been tweaked to more ideally print without supports, however in practice the parts work great right off the printer, no supports.) If you are interested, I used the thread tool in fusion 360 and set the threaded section to m10x1.5. The D flats are 0.275 inches apart, which is also the diameter of the shaft between the head and the threads (I only had an old, analog set of inch calipers handy and was just trying to knock out a quick design to test an ender 5 pro I'm working on fixing, but in retrospect 7mm would probably have worked just fine as well).
