I went to Clas Ohlson to look for a web clamp, but the closest thing I could find was a squeeze-handle mini bar clamp with the Cocraft brand name (like most tools there). So I made adapters to hold some 15mm nylon webbing on the jaws, and now I have a web clamp. It works well, except that the clamping force is limited by those plastic squeeze handles on the clamp. Good for clamping round or irregularly shaped things while gluing. Probably it turns out that the same clamps are sold around the world with different brand names. It's customizable in case the dimensions of yours are different. The OpenSCAD code is modular enough that this would be a good starting point for anything else that you'd like to attach to your clamp jaws.
