I deeply despised the remote which came with my used car because it was such worn and dirty. In addition I did not want to keep it with the keys all the time but to carry it alone it is way to small and could get lost. So I had to make one..... With the housing come two holders which could be attached to a key or backpack. Both fit like a glove... You need 2x allen-screws M3x13 (or longer and shortened) and 2x M3 square nuts. All parts are designed and tested with reasonable clearance so they fit together perfectly. If your parts will not fit, you need to dial your printer in! Print the housing parts on their surface with no supports. the button-insert will need some support as shown in the picture. For the buttons TPU/flexible is mandatory! Made with PETG from these guys https://www.3dpsp.de/ as all my other printer parts. This stuff turned out to be quite fine to process. It is quite sturdy, no problems with adhesion at all. And really nice and brilliant colours for a reasonable price.
