Due to the thin upper bezel and thick, triangular shape of the top of the Alienware AW3420DW, it is difficult to mount a webcam anywhere near center. This has been designed specifically for the Logitech BRIO mount, but I believe the C920 and some other Logitech cameras have the identical mount. I am not sure what other webcams will be compatible. The print has been designed to be deliberately loose (~ 1.5mm) to leave room to place a small piece of rubber, felt, whatever at the front to prevent the plastic print from scratching the bezel. I've just used a piece of double sided foam tape (with the protective peel left on the side touching the bezel). I've used a velcro strap to secure the webcam to the mount, but it would likely sit there just fine without it. I've printed this in PLA with a 0.6mm nozzle upside down with supports from build plate only (1 hour 14 minutes), but it is a simple part and could easily be printed with whatever. Modeled in inches, so if it appears tiny in your slicer, scale up by 2540% to convert from mm to inches. This is mostly an issue in Cura.
