If you do not have the same monitor as me, you will have to design your own. Remove original mount from camera by carefully prying apart (molten in bolts). Drill 4mm holes through the centers of the original cam bracket and use M4x16mm countersunk head bolts and nuts to put together. In my case, this mount is glued to a base: Thing 5213131
