Weber Spirit Grill Knob

So someone on FTIWJPI facebook posted their Weber knob they did. I needed some, so I printed. It didnt work out for my older Weber Spirit. The stock inserts wouldnt fit. Soooo here is my design. I wanted to go the distance on this so I did a Webber Kettle inlay and made a slightly reudced in size inlay (reduced by 3%). Print it on a well calibrated machine 100 no sizing. The piece these fit onto was .250" diameter with a flat that was .200". My first size to size test failed so it is modeled to fit (tight). The new size is .258" diameter .214" flat Fit perfectly! Feels more stout- I dont think my kid will be able to just spin them like he did the stock set (to ruin them). Note I only made a small area cut out to clear the screws under the knob. The stock knob is a big dish. I did this to cut down on the number of outter walls to increase print speed. Infill prints faster. I have included the Fusion file (no kettle logo), the Inventor .ipt file (how I put the kettle logo on), The Kettle Logo.dwg and the resized kettle logo for insert.
