Area of exposed outcrop towards the eastern end of Weetwood Moor, near Wooler, Northumberland. One of over two dozen carvings clustered together on Weetwood Moor. This exposure is next to a gorse bus, and is referenced ‘Weetwood Moor 5a’ on the Beckensall Archive. It was added to ERA by the Northumberland and Durham Rock Art Project in 2008. Motifs consist of cups, cups with penannulars and grooves. A calibrated 5mp Nikon Coolpix 5400 was used. The imagery forms part of the NADRAP / ERA archive. Some areas of the model contain data noise due to insufficient coverage for SfM applications.
