Weighted Companion Cube - Multi-Material

Weighted Companion Cube - Multi-Material

A 5x5x5cm weighted companion cube, designed specifically for the Prusa Multi-material printer. After receiving my Prusa Multi-material upgrade, I needed a project to get acquainted with multi material modeling and printing. This is that project. I designed this to be as accurate as possible to the original Portal 1 weighted companion cube. I printed this using eSun's "Cool White", "Silver", and "Pink" PLA+, as well as their PVA - all using the Prusa's stock "generic PLA" and "PrimaSelect PVA" filament settings. It was printed with the "0.15mm OPTIMAL SOLUBLE INTERFACE" print settings, with the support overhang threshold tweaked to 12 degrees, to eliminate a lot of unneeded supports. I've included the Slic3r print settings .ini and plate config .amf, as well as the original openSCAD design, the stl's, and a pre-sliced gcode you can use directly with a Prusa MM (mk2/mk2s). For the gcode, the filament order should be gray (PLA), white (PLA), pink (PLA), PVA. The print time is 21.5 hours.
