I re-designed the cupcage in F3d, based on the original design, made it a bit larger for a large mug that I have, and separated and hollowed the base. This is so I could weight it with steel shot: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08K538W9P I glued it in and then added some bondo putty to fill it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0007ZHTTS The cage part is printed separately so that the hollow base can be printed upside down. Then after adding the weights, glue the "cage" part in place. So the holder is weighted (about .75 lbs) and it's pretty doubtful that cats will knock it over -- although with cats, anything is possible!
