I spent a while looking for a file that I could use as this hair piece, but in the end I gave in and made my own design. there are quite a few pieces seeing that I didn't want to have to use supports on the fragile spikes, I just printed out all the pieces and used superglue to attach them to the base, I kept the pattern and size of the spikes as close to the show's as I could.
