200mm x 1000mm x 15mm (d*l*t) steel pipes welding fixture.A series of clamps secure the pipe and fixes it. A stand with bearings on each end supports the base plate and allowing it to rotate. Stub (short) shafts on each end of the base plate mate with bearings, allowing the operator to rotate the fixture using a wheel. A toggle lock is used to lock the wheel and stop the rotation. Each slot on the wheel will provide a 30 degree angle of rotation.
