Hello everyone. Here I quickly cobbled together a lever for the cheaper wire feed mechanisms commonly found in flux core welders or similar machines. Whole new wire feeders can be bought in china for cheap but sometimes you can't wait. The original part is molded and might break where the tensioner is placed. Print this with support, PLA not advised due to the constant tension on the part. I printed it with 4 outlines, 6 top and bottom layers and 25% infill. (0.2mm layers)
