WEN 3921 Scroll Saw Plate

WEN 3921 Scroll Saw Plate

This is a throat plate I created for use on my WEN 3921 Scroll Saw, with much smaller clearance holes. When cutting finely detailed wooden cutouts, sometimes the pieces would snap because they were not supported underneath by the original insert. I designed this to (hopefully) help fix the problem. It is essentially a "zero clearance" plate, so the tolerances are very tight. The blade may slightly rub or cut into the plate, but for my purposes, I am okay with this as I want as little clearance as possible. EDIT: I somehow lost my previous printed plate in the mess of my workshop, but I remembered it being just a tiny bit too short and small pieces would sometimes catch on the edge of the metal table on the saw, so I added 1mm to the thickness and it seems to fit better. New STL added, if the first one seems too thin try the +1mm version.
