Wesco Kickmaster Junior replacement pedal

This is an adapted version from the Wesco Kickmaster replacement pedal which fits on the Wesco Kickmaster Junior, which is a bit different. Since moving the screwholes on the STL would have been cumbersome, I simply removed them completely and used self-tapping screws instead. I pre-drilled with 2mm and used 3.9x22mm, but anything in that range should work fine.
