Westworld Maze

Westworld Maze

thingiverse

I've been devouring HBO's Westworld series. All through it, every time I saw an image of the Maze, I pondered... As soon as Delores unearthed the toy in the final episode of the first series, I thought... YES! So, here it is. I know another member has uploaded a 3D printed version, but this is laser-cut, and the files can be printed out and used as a template for making a maze with hand tools. There are two layers in the files - one for the base, with the positions of the walls marked on it, and one for the walls themselves. The ECP file is colour-coded for the order of cutting to prevent parts dropping out of focus during the cut. The easiest way to glue the pieces together is to apply PVA wood-glue to the lines of the base, then press the walls into place. Once it's lined up, place a small board over the whole piece and add a bit of weight until the glue is dried.
